1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player", "User", "you", or "your") and hl365 (hereinafter "hl365", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://hl365.cam (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with hl365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) of at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party;
• You do not already hold an existing Account with hl365 that is active or has been suspended;
• You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order on hl365 that remains in force;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of hl365 or its affiliated operators;
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking legal responsibility for your own actions.

hl365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm continued eligibility. Providing false or misleading information in relation to eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. hl365 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, correspondence, and financial compliance purposes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate Accounts identified will be closed, and balances across all Accounts may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. hl365 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security measures. You must notify hl365 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account.

4.4 Account Verification

hl365 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Player to complete identity verification (KYC) before allowing further deposits, processing withdrawals, or granting access to promotional offers. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of residential address issued within the past three months.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hl365 accepts deposits via GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT on TRC-20, and BNB). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

5.2 Own Funds Requirement

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your hl365 Account are legitimately sourced and belong to you personally. Deposits made using payment methods registered to a third party — including shared accounts or borrowed funds — are prohibited. hl365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of fund source at any time.

5.3 Currency

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as the primary account currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as determined by hl365's payment processing partner. No currency conversion fee is charged by hl365 on standard MYR deposits.

5.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gambling section of their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before the increase is applied.

6 Withdrawals & KYC

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform's payments page. hl365 targets a processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts using standard withdrawal methods during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

6.2 KYC Requirements

All withdrawal requests require completion of hl365's KYC verification process. Players who have not previously completed KYC will be required to submit identity and address verification documents before their first withdrawal is released. hl365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for withdrawals above certain thresholds or where unusual account activity is detected.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Consistency

Withdrawals will, by default, be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits and capabilities of that method. Where this is not possible, alternative withdrawal methods may be offered at hl365's discretion.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings

Winnings derived from bonus funds are only withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Maximum cash-out limits apply per promotion. Any outstanding bonus funds remaining in the Account at the time of a withdrawal request will be subject to the conditions of the applicable promotion and may be voided if those conditions have not been met.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by hl365 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds carry wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20). The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the bonus validity period — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Active Bonus

While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum single bet cap applies — typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round, spin, or wager, as stated in the relevant promotion. Placing bets in excess of this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being forfeited.

7.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market type. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms and on the Platform's promotions page.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

hl365 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional terms, or any other strategy that hl365 reasonably determines is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

8 Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the hl365 Platform use independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems or operate through licensed live dealer studios. hl365 does not manipulate game outcomes and publishes average Return to Player (RTP) figures for all slot titles.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events — are offered at odds determined by hl365's pricing team. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. In-play (live) bets are accepted in real time subject to market availability.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrectly quoted odds, hl365 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's Account. hl365 is not liable to honour bets placed under manifestly erroneous odds or conditions that were the result of a technical error. Winnings generated from such errors are not payable.

8.4 Bet Acceptance

hl365 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time, including bets already placed, where there is evidence of system error, match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or where the acceptance of the bet would otherwise be contrary to these Terms or applicable law.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hl365 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage;
• Systematically exploiting software errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment instruments to fund an Account;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to circumvent hl365's promotional terms;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without express authorisation;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse any part of the Platform's software or content.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by hl365

hl365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity; regulatory requirement; or cessation of services in a particular territory.

10.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting hl365 customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 1 year) or indefinitely through the Responsible Gambling section of their Account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Players under self-exclusion may not open a new Account during the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, and databases appearing on the hl365 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of hl365 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of hl365. Unauthorised use of hl365's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hl365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

hl365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hl365's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) MYR 500.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hl365's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hl365's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Responsible Gambling

hl365 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a coping mechanism, and never an activity that causes harm to you or those around you.

hl365 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

15 Amendments to These Terms

hl365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address registered on the Account, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to hl365's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through hl365's internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 28 days of the formal complaint being lodged, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts or alternative dispute resolution body as designated under hl365's operating licence.
